The installation of a 2,500-litre bunded tank was completed in Lilley, Hertfordshire. We constructed a new base, dug a trench for a new oil feed, and removed three old single-skin steel tanks that were located in a building. The oil feed was placed in a steel conduit for added protection. A new boiler was also installed by a local heating company.
The base and oil feed were completed on the first day. We returned a week later to fit the new tank and transfer the oil from the old tanks into the new one. Finally, we removed and disposed of the old tanks.
